Q: Are your products 100% authentic?
A: All products are 100% authentic original goods. We support batch code verification, retail store comparison and third-party inspection. No fakes, replicas, or tampered products.
Q: Are batch codes intact? Any cut codes or relabeled items?
A: Most products come with original box, sealed packaging and intact batch codes. No cut codes, repacked or relabeled items. Condition will be fully confirmed before order.
Q: Are these expired or near-expiry products?
A: We supply fresh and current production batches. Near-expiry items will be clearly marked and priced separately. No expired or hidden short-shelf-life goods.
Q: What documents do you provide for customs clearance?
A: We provide full standard export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, MSDS, and shipping identification for dangerous goods when required.
Q: Can products clear customs smoothly in US, CA, UK, SG?
A: Products are genuine international retail items eligible for export. Importer is responsible for local cosmetics regulations, import permits, customs declaration and duties.
Q: What is your MOQ? Can we mix brands?
A: Mixed orders are welcome. MOQ varies by brand and item; exact details will be listed in the quotation.
Q: What are your price terms?
A: Our standard terms are EXW / FOB. Price excludes international freight, destination duties, taxes and clearance fees.
Q: How do you pack for international shipping?
A: Original retail box + export carton + bubble wrap + shockproof filling to minimize damage, leakage and crushing during transit.
Q: Can we get free samples?
A: Free samples are not available for full-size luxury beauty products. Small trial orders are acceptable to verify quality.
Q: Can you provide batch photos and real pictures?
A: Yes, we provide batch numbers, detailed real photos and packing video before shipment for your confirmation.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer. Standard term: deposit + balance before shipment.
Q: Can we pay against BL or use L/C?
A: For established large-volume partners, payment against BL or L/C may be considered after mutual evaluation. New customers follow deposit + full balance before shipment.
Q: How soon can you ship after payment?
A: In-stock items ship within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
Q: Can you arrange shipping to US, CA, UK, SG?
A: We can assist with sea, air and express shipping arrangements. Freight cost is calculated based on weight, volume and destination.
Q: Can perfume, nail polish, spray be shipped by air?
A: Yes, we ship under standard dangerous goods (DG) procedures with complete documentation to comply with airline regulations.
Q: Who handles customs clearance and duty?
A: Buyer is fully responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes and compliance with local regulations in USA, Canada, UK and Singapore.
Q: What if shipment is held by customs?
A: We provide all necessary export documents. Any issues caused by local import laws or regulations shall be handled by the buyer.
Q: What if items arrive damaged or leaking?
A: We record packing videos before shipment. Please submit photo or video proof within 24 hours after delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the logistics carrier.
Q: What if products are incorrect or inauthentic?
A: If verified as our responsibility, we will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
